Whats my size?

What are your shipping rates?

All orders for free ground shipping in the contiguous United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We only ship to physical addresses at this time.

 

Where is my package?

Once your package ships, you will receive its tracking information in an email. Please follow the instructions in your email to track your delivery.

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

My package was lost or stolen in the mail. Will you send a replacement?

Orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement once the situation has been thoroughly investigated with the shipping provider. Please follow up with the shipping carrier to initiate this process.

 

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Clothes that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags still attached can be returned for a full refund within 25 days of the invoice date in your shipment. International orders are not eligible for returns. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on face masks or gaiters.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

 

My package was stolen. Can you offer me a refund or replacement?

For security purposes, orders delivered to apartments require a signature from the recipient upon delivery. If this doesnt apply to you and your package was stolen, your eligibility for a replacement will be determined with an investigation by the shipping carrier.
